Recently, Zhongshun Henghui（Binzhou）New Materials Co., Ltd, located in the Lingang Industrial Park of the district, has completed equipment debugging for its annual production of 200000 tons of micro nano flame retardant materials and is officially ready for production. The production of the project injects new impetus into the construction of a 1 million ton fine alumina production base in the park.

After the project is completed, it will become the largest production line of micro and nano level flame retardant materials in China. The high-end product HC9000 series has shown excellent performance in flame retardant and environmentally friendly wire and cable applications, achieving complete substitution of imported products. As a downstream enterprise in the fine alumina industry chain, the project relies on the Huihong new material alumina production line and directly utilizes the alumina mother liquor for production through pipeline transportation. This not only reduces packaging and transportation costs, but also eliminates the production process of cooling and heating, reducing energy consumption.

Hao Yaming, General Manager of Zhongshun Henghui（Binzhou）New Materials Co., Ltd, said that the first phase of the project will have a production capacity of 100000 tons, mainly replacing imported products in the domestic market, and the second phase will mainly target the international market. At the same time, utilizing the advantages of a good supply chain, continuously improving the core competitiveness of our own enterprise, increasing research and development investment, it is expected that by 2026, the annual production capacity of multiple varieties of fine alumina products will exceed 500000 tons.

As a major engineering project in Shandong Province in 2022, the project started construction in September last year and reached the production conditions within six months, running at a faster pace than the project construction. The production of the project will achieve the extension of the bauxite sodium aluminate solution fine aluminum hydroxide industrial chain in the Lingang Industrial Park, injecting new impetus into the construction of a 1 million ton fine alumina production base in the park.

Wang Bin, Minister of Economic Development of Lingang Industrial Park in the district, said that Lingang Industrial Park has conscientiously implemented the "1126" work concept of the district committee and government, fully promoted the construction of the Zhongshun Henghui annual production of 200000 tons of ultra fine nano flame retardant materials project, and provided nanny style services in land environmental impact assessment, energy assessment, construction permit and other procedures. After the project starts, monitor the project progress in real time, solve problems during the construction process in a timely manner, and recommend outstanding talents to help the development of the enterprise.
